I’m Dennis. I have co-founded several startups and gained extensive experience in corporate law from working for US law firms (Milbank, Quinn) and my own boutique. Along my journey, I’ve build the following:
rasch.vc - representing web2 and web3 startups and investors in corporate legal matters
JUNGLE - a decentralised social network painting the web
OGATA - sweat equity for building diverse ventures, e.g. NLP chatbots (pivoted to moin.ai) or a PropTech
HODLOTEK - a Web3 native luxury watch brand (never left idea stage)
MetaMe - the Groupon of Web3, pivoted into the AcidBinge DAO
JohnJohn - sustainable packaging
sAItori - exploring AI consciousness through meditation
In addition, I’m a member of Chainforest DAO, a community-native VC firm that leads the first round of investment (pre-seed / seed) for web3 ventures with a USD 250k to 750k commitment.
Currently, I’m working for the crypto-native digital assets advisory firm Areta.
